"We met at a local restaurant to head out for an overnight road trip to Mesquite. We wanted to meet, catch up and pair our communications devices. When I pulled my device off the helmet I found that it no longer turned on despite being plugged in overnight. I called Cycle Gear and they explained that they could set us up and get us on our way. We rode there and Jared explained the Sena models and what each model could do. I settled on the Sena 10S, he quickly installed it into my helmet, topped off the charge in the unit while installing it and got us on our way.

"Only complaint is I wish turn around time on mont and balancing tires was faster. Wheel was off the bike. I brought it in the morning and was told it wouldn’t be ready till next day. It only takes around 10-15 mins to mount and balance a tire. If I’m buying your tire I don’t understand why it couldn’t be mounted at the same time. Please hire more techs. "
